How to Draw a Snake Eye

Please see Snake Eye drawing tutorial in the video below

Especially for children and beginners, I have developed a new lesson in which I will show you how to draw a snake eye step by step. If you learn how to correctly draw individual parts of the body of an animal, then you can easily draw it as a whole.

In the picture you see the snake eye, which is partially covered by the upper eyelid. It is this position of the eyelid that makes the look of the snake very formidable and inspires fear. The snake has a narrow pupil and the upper eyelid consists of separate scales.

All these features you have to display in your drawing. Each step is one simple action. As you work, use the little tips that I have prepared for your convenience.

Snake Eye Drawing Step by Step

Step 1. Draw the outline of the eye.
Using smooth lines, draw a shape in the form of a drop of water.

Step 2. Add students.
Draw the narrow pointed pupil in the center of the eye.

Step 3. Draw the upper eyelid.
Draw a smooth, curved line along the top contour, like in the example.

Step 4. Draw the upper eyelid detail.
With the help of fine lines, depict the scales on the upper eyelid in turn.

Step 5. Correct the inaccuracies.
Compare your drawing with my example and correct any errors you see.

Step 6. Color the drawing.
For coloring you will need green, beige and dark gray.
