Step 1. Draw the tombstone
Begin by drawing a rectangular tombstone with an arch on top. Then add the rectangular base of the tombstone. Write “RIP” on the center.
Step 2. Create a cross-shaped tombstone
Now, form a cross-shaped tombstone. Then, attach a rectangle below it to add a base. Write “RIP” on the center.
Step 3. Add another tombstone
Next, draw the domed outline of the tombstone then add a rectangle for its base. Engrave the engraving on each tombstone by drawing a cross on the tombstone.
Step 4. Add grass
Surround the tombstone with grass by drawing lines with sharp edges sticking out.
Step 5. Complete the cemetery drawing
Let’s add some color to our cemetery drawing! First, color the tombstone using shades of gray. Next, shade the ground in front of the tombstone with a brown pencil. Then, fill in the grass with a green pencil. Finally, color the sky with a blue pen.
