Materials
- Paper
- Pencil
- Ruler
- Eraser
- Green and red colored pencils or markers
Step 1: Draw the flagpole
Start by drawing a small circle on the flagpole and draw two parallel lines forming the flagpole. Note that you should use a guide to make it perfect.
Step 2. Draw a rectangle
Draw the flag by using a ruler and pencil to draw a rectangle on paper or to make it more vivid, draw the edges of the rectangle with wavy shapes as if they are flying. The dimensions of the rectangle should be about 3 units in height and about 5 units in width.
Step 3: Draw a circle
In the middle of the flag draw a circle. This circle symbolizes the sun and light.
Step 4: Add finishing touches
Once you’re happy with your drawing, go over the lines with a pencil to darken them. Remove any unnecessary instructions or errors.
Step 5: Color the flag
Complete the flag by coloring the flag green and the circle red.
