Step 1. Shape the collar
Start by drawing a triangle to form the opening of the collar. Now, draw the pointed outline of the collar similar to the illustration.
Step 2. Draw the main shape of the lab coat
Now, sketch the vertical shape of the lab coat.
Step 3. Attach sleeves
Attach elongated sleeves on each side of the lab coat.
Step 4. Sketch the pockets
Next, draw large pockets near the bottom of the jacket and one pocket near the chest portion of the lab coat.
Step 5. Add button
Draw four evenly spaced circles to add buttons on the jacket.
Step 6. Complete the lab coat drawing
Let’s complete our lab coat drawing by adding some color! First, use a dark gray pencil to color the buttons. Next, color the inside of the lab coat a dull blue. Then, color the lab coat with a white pencil. Add some shadow using a light gray pencil.
