Step 1. Sketch the Moon
Start by drawing a circle, you can use a cup, compass, or a circular object to sketch the exact circle. This will outline the moon itself.
Step 2. Create the night sky
Next, around the circle of the moon, we use black to cover the entire area to create the night sky.
Step 3. Add details to the moon
Draw craters by surrounding irregular shapes of different sizes inside the moon, which are darker colors.

Step 5. Darken the stars
Draw the stars in the sky as small bright dots.
