Please see the drawing tutorial in the video below
You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below
Step 1
To start Shippo, we’ll first need to draw a diamond shape for his head, with a vertical line running underneath it and another horizontal line cutting through it. These lines will serve as the basic anchor points for the Shippo’s head, torso, and legs.
Step 2
Draw Shippo’s upper and lower eyelids in the center of his face. Shippo has a very large pair of eyes, so be sure to keep his upper and lower eyelids far apart.
Step 3
Next, draw a small oval pupil in each of Shippo’s eyes, a very small triangular nose, and a semicircle for Shippo’s mouth.
Step 4
Now we’ll need to draw some spiky hair around Shippo’s face.
Step 5
Next, draw Shippo’s outer hair along with small pointed ears just below his hairline.
Step 6
To finish off the head, draw Shippo’s fox-like ears on the top and a small bun at the back of the head.
Step 7
Starting below his face, draw the outline of the Shippo sleeve. He will be sitting in this position, so pull his sleeves towards the center line from the first step.
Step 8
Next, we’ll need to draw the top of Shippo’s cape and collar.
Step 9
Draw two very small hands of the shippo lying flat on the ground.
Step 10
To make Shippo’s legs, draw two large circles on each side of his body. Follow the general direction of the principles we drew in the first step.
Step 11
At the end of each round leg, draw Shippo’s long oval feet. Since he is a kitsune, he has many of the features of a fox that we can see in his paws.
Step 12
Finally, draw a large bun behind Shippo for his large floating tail.
Step 13
Now all that’s left to do is color the Shippo. Light blue for the cape, dark blue for the pants, light skin and brown hair. And there you have it, he’s done!
