Step 1
Start with a small circle with a guide through it to place facial features. Draw mine … you can draw a letter ‘T’ (I marked it with blue) … and then draw 2 curves around it.
Step 2
Draw a capsule shape connected by an “L” line to the top. That line will be Fearow’s neck. Add a rounded triangle at the back to the tail.
Step 3
Draw some shapes like flat oars at the bottom for the feet. If you have difficulty drawing them, you will notice that they can be made up by drawing a shape like # 2 and a question mark shape … and another line.
Step 4
Draw two big rabbit ears at the ends for the wings. I just showed you that there are basic shapes that make up these wings – some 5, 2 and one letter U.
Step 5
Add some feathers to his head. Draw a small “V” inside the mouth for the tongue.
Step 6
Outline the guidelines that we drew for the neck in one of the first steps. Add some curly hair to the base of the neck.
Step 7
Draw some lines at the tail to define the feather (basically the letter ‘L’ looks like the shape). Draw three toes on the foot … the claws of the foot should be drawn with the letter ‘M’.
Step 8
Add some feathers to the wings. Remember that Fearow has two coat on his wings
Step 9
Add your eyes, erase your guide lines and paint so that you’re done!
