Step 1. Form the base
First, form the rectangle of the London Eye.
Step 2. Draw Hub
Draw the circular outline of the center. Attach two diagonal beams connecting the axle to the base of the ferris wheel.
Step 3. Sketch the wheel
Now, draw the large circular outline of the wheel.
Step 4. Add spokes
Additional thin metal bars connect the wheel to the axle called spokes.
Step 5. Attach Gondolas
Form the rounded outline of the gondola. Then, draw two thin beams attaching each gondola to the wheel.
Step 6. Complete the London eye drawing
Why don’t we add some color to the London Eye drawing? First, fill in the base with a dark gray pencil. Next, color the gondolas with a bright blue pencil. Now, shade the center with a light blue pencil. Then, color the wheel and large beams with a light gray pencil. Finally, color the spokes and thin beams attached to the gondola a darker gray.
