Step 1
Start by drawing Bart’s head. To draw the edges of the head, use a pair of vertical curves. Then connect them at the top using a zigzag line to form Bart’s spiky hair.

Draw Bart’s underside. Use a curve to extend one side of the head, loop it around below the shape to form the upper lip. Draw a curve below it, completing the mouth and neck.
