Step 1. Form the first wall
Start by forming the outline of the Arc de Triomphe. Next, add a horizontal line near the top of the monument.
Step 2. Now add beams
Draw thin horizontal beams on the columns of the monument.
Step 3. Next model The Arch
Draw a curved line to form the arch.
Step 4. Then sketch the sculpture
Form a rectangular outline of high-relief sculptures on top of the beams.
Step 5. Attach wall sculptures at the base of the column
First, draw the bottom of the rectangle. Then, create wavy outlines of sculptures on its base.
Step 6. Draw the fringe
Draw the rectangular outline of the fringe. Now add evenly spaced circles to draw the details.
Step 7. Attach the roof
Attach the rectangular outline of the roof. Then, draw the decorative wavy top part of the roof.
Step 8. Create details on the roof
Create detailed shapes on the monument’s roof by drawing a series of squares with circles as shown.
Step 9. Complete the drawing of the Arc de Triomphe
