Step 1. Sketch the cake layers

Sketch the cake layers using a C shape with 4 shapes increasing in size from top to bottom and working upwards.

Step 2. Draw the bottom of the cake (bottom tier)

From the bottom C shape, create the final tier using a U shape.

Step 3. Decorate the cake layers with flowers

Decorate the wedding cake with flowers. Start by drawing a circle. Then, draw the petals as shown. Draw V-shaped lines on both sides of the flower to add leaves.

Step 4. Complete the cake layers

Next, connect the cake layers together to form the complete cake layers as shown.

Step 5. Draw the icing

Draw the icing layers of each cake layer using rough lines as shown.

Step 6. Draw the groom and bride

Next, add the bride next to the groom. First, draw the head. Then draw the wedding dress and veil by creating shapes as shown.

How to Draw a Wedding Cake

Let’s finish the wedding cake by first coloring the frosting on the wedding cake and the side of the cake stand with a pink crayon. Next, color the flowers with a red crayon and the leaves with a green crayon. Then, shade the top of the cake stand with a blue crayon. Now, color the bride and groom’s heads with a pink crayon then use a white crayon to color the bride’s veil and wedding dress. Finally, color the groom’s jacket with a black crayon.
