Step 1
The first thing you want to draw is a rectangular box and then add two vertical lines in the center and then a horizontal line. This is the guide frame for your Jeep Wrangler.
Step 2
Now in this next step, you will begin to draw the shape of the front of the Jeep, starting from the roof and the rear. Next start working the front of the Jeep. You may need a ruler to draw the frame and body of the Wrangler as it is such a boxy SUV. Once you’ve drawn the front, you can start sketching the front wheel fenders as seen here and then the starting liners for the passenger doors.
Step 3
As you can see, this is an advanced tutorial and by no means should I expect the novice artist to get it right the first time. I’m an inexperienced person and I’ve had a hard time with this Jeep myself. It took me six hours just to get it right. What I want you to do now is start drawing the rest of the front of the Jeep, including the bumper, headlights and three visible tires. The car cover is like a bottle cap. Draw the kickstand and then the good rear fender. You’ll also need to start pulling out the exhaust underneath the Jeep.
Step 4
Next, start outlining the front and rear seats that aren’t too stiff, then the rest of the frame or the rear and middle guard bars of the Jeep. Finish lining for the upper frame near the back seat. Next, draw and detail the contours and then outline the tread lines of the tire. You will also need to draw out the design of the front grille and then the fog lights.
Step 5
This is your final drawing step and all you need to do now is just outline the rest of the detailed lines along the sides of the Jeep and then the hood. Add more yarn around and then start erasing all the guides and shapes
Step 6
Once you’ve finished your sketch, you’ll have a Jeep like the one pictured above. All you have to do now is choose a color and color it. I hope you had a challenging but enjoyable time learning how to draw a Jeep Wrangler step by step.
