Step 1
Teal is a kind of duck. Make a drawing now! Start with the beak by drawing a small ‘m’ at the top, by pulling the ends down into long curves for the shape. Connect them back at the bottom with a round head. Now, add a small line to show the mouth of the duck. Add a little oval, black, for the nostrils.
Step 2
For the head, draw a circle from the top of the beak all the way around. Leave a space at the bottom for the rest of the body.
Step 3
Add the eye by creating a small circle inside the head.
Step 4
For wings, draw a few long lines to the bottom. The end should have some hair tips.
Step 5
For the body, draw a nice long curve from the bottom of the head all the way to the back of the wing. Finish it with a sharp spot for the tail feather.
Step 6
Now add the legs by bringing the two straight lines down, with the thin long tube for the toes. Pay attention to flipping through the toes … that’s how Teal can swim so well!
Step 7
Finally, add a second leg after the first one. Although they are called Teals, this duck may be white, yellow, brown, dark blue or even black!
