How to draw a lion
First draw the head, it’s a heart shape
Then draw a large oval around the head with a fuzzy outline for the mane
Add two small teardrop shapes inside the mane for the ears
Next we can draw the legs. Draw two rectangles in front of the lion’s body and add hooves at the bottom.
Draw the hind legs in the same way at the back of the mane.
Now draw a fluffy tail behind the hind legs.
Finally, add details to the lion’s face, such as two eyes, a triangle for the nose and lines for the whiskers.
You have completed your lion! Make sure you color it yellow with a brown or orange mane!
How to Draw a Lioness
For the first step, you will need to draw out guidelines for creating your body in a lying position. Start with the head, then outline the muzzle. Then you will draw the body contour like that, followed by the hips.
Using the guides you just created, outline the shape of the head structure, then draw the ears, the muzzle, the nose shape and then along with the liner for the head, be sure to include the buns along the contour. jaw.
If you want a realistic look for your lioness, you will need to outline the facial features in detail. Start with the eye and then add the shadow inside the eye. Add the hair inside the ear, then outline at the chin, and as you can see
Now we can focus on the body starting with the shoulders and front legs. As you know lionesses have muscular bodies and they are also much thinner than their male counterparts. This is because they are foragers,
Draw the back line and hump from the back of the head, then outline the hips and some thighs. You will also draw the stomach as it lies on the ground along with her body.
For the final drawing step, you will outline the hind legs, tail, and trees behind where the lioness is laying. Add the rest of the details then proceed to remove the errors.
This is the stroke for your new lioness when you’re done. All you need to do now is color your artwork. I hope you enjoy drawing this big beautiful beast.
