Step 1
To start drawing sunflowers, we first need to draw a circle that makes up the face of our flower.
Step 2
Around this circle, you draw many small petals. About 20 to 25 or so.
Step 3
Next, draw a very short stem extending from the base of the sunflower.
Step 4
Just like our tutorial on how to draw peas, we will draw a slightly jagged leaf at the base of the stem.
Step 5
Repeat this process three more times to give your sunflower a layer of leaves around the stem.
Step 6
The face of a sunflower is very simple, consisting of only two ovals for the eyes and a very thin line for the smiling mouth.
Step 7
Finally, color the sunflower and add it to your collection!
