Raikou Pokemon Drawing Step by Step
Step 1
This lesson can be a bit difficult for novice artists, so take note. To get started, all you have to do is draw a circle for the head, then add guides on the face. Next, draw the guides for the body, legs and tail like so.
Step 2
Here, you’ll draw the forehead, and then the lightning mustache. Once this is done, you can move on to the next step to see what you will need to do next.
Step 3
Thicken the top stroke a bit, then draw the long sword like fangs, and the rest of the mouth open like that. Once that’s done, you can start sketching out the shape of the cloud on its back, starting at the back of its head. The cloud curls at both ends like that.
Step 4
Okay, so far, so good. What you will start doing in this step is to draw or outline the front leg, and remember to draw the pointed toes or fingernails. Once that’s done, you can draw Raikou’s chest and belly.
Step 5
You are only two steps away from completing this Pokemon guide. All you need to do now is draw the hind legs or hind legs, then start drawing bolt stripes on the legs and back. You will also need to draw the shape of Raikou’s eyes, then draw a small circle on his forehead as you see here.
Step 6
Well, here it is, your final drawing step. As you can see, all you have to do is draw the rest of the stripes on the hind legs, then draw a thin lightning like a tail, and cover it with such a star shape. Start erasing all the lines and shapes you drew in step one to clean up your new drawing and to prepare it for great color.
Step 7
