You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below
Step 1
Start by drawing first of the flowers. Use overlapping “U” shaped lines to form the petals. Connect the lines at the bottom using a “V” shaped curve. This also forms the top of the sepals, the small leaves at the top of the stem. Extend straight lines down from the top of the “V”, enclosing both the sepals and the stem. Then, draw a leaf along the stem, using curved lines that meet in sharp points at both ends. After that, continue to pair lines to make the stem below the leaf.
Step 2
Draw another leaf above the first, extending two curved lines from the stem to meet at one point. Draw a “V” shaped line above the flower, with curved lines going from its top to the top of the first flower. The lavender plant has many flowers on the same stem. Above the “V”, use “U” shaped lines to form the petals of the second flower. Then start drawing the “U” shaped petals of the next flower.
Step 3
Continue drawing the “U” shaped petals of the third flower until finished. On top of that, use curved lines to enclose a five-petaled flower resembling a cherry blossom. Draw curved lines from the center to the points between the petals. Then draw overlapping “U” shaped petals of the fourth flower layer.
Step 4
Enclose a small heart-shaped calyx above the top flower. Then use a series of “U” shaped lines to enclose a rounded “W” shape. Draw another irregular heart on top of this, forming the top of the lavender stem. Use narrowly spaced curves to draw the second trunk along the first and top with a small heart shape.
Step 5
Extend curved lines that meet at a point from the second stem, forming a leaf. Above the stem, draw another five-petal flower with a bunch of curves at its center. Then draw two layers of “U” shaped flowers.
Step 6
Use curved lines to draw another leaf, pointed at both ends. Delete as needed. Then draw three more layers of “U” shaped lines on top of the second trunk.
Step 7
Start drawing the third trunk. Use a pair of curves for the stem and pairs of lines that intersect at the points for the leaves. At the top of the stem, use pairs of curved lines to enclose the sepals and start drawing inverted “U” shaped lines.
Step 8
Complete the “U” shaped petals and draw a five-petaled flower on top of it. Then draw the second layer of “U” shaped petals.
Step 9
Complete the third stem with multiple layers of “U” shaped petals.
Step 10
Color your cartoon lavender. This plant usually has silvery green leaves and purple flowers. It also comes in two colors pink and white.
