Step 1. Draw a basic rectangle:
Start by drawing a rectangle to represent the flag. Use your ruler to make sure the lines are straight and try to keep the proportions correct. The ratio of the flag is usually 8:11 (height to width).
Step 2. Draw the star of David:
In the middle of the flag, draw the Star of David. The star consists of two nested triangles, one pointing up and one pointing down. Each triangle must be equal. You can use a ruler to make sure the lines are straight and the angles are precise. The Star of David is depicted in blue.
Step 3. Draw stripes
In the flag, above and below the star shape is drawn a stripe, each stripe is about 1/6 the width of the flag.
Step 4. Color the flag:
The simple Israeli flag has only two colors, blue for the stars and two stripes, and the rest of the flag background is white.
