Cute Girl with a Tiger Drawing step by step tutorial
Step 1: Draw the Girl’s Eyes
Start in the center-left area of your paper by drawing two large, sparkling eyes. Inside each eye, draw big pupils with circular highlights and shade them in black, adding small eyelashes at the top outer corners. Draw two soft, curved eyebrows above the eyes.
Step 2: Complete the Girl’s Face
Draw a smooth chin line underneath the eyes to frame the lower half of the face. Add a tiny curved line for a cute nose and a simple smiling mouth right in the middle.
Step 3: Draw the Hair, Arms, and Body
Draw long, wavy hair flowing down the side and back of her head with loose ink strands. Next, outline her sweater top, drawing her shoulders and two arms folded neatly together in front of her body.
Step 4: Draw the Girl’s Legs
Extend two straight vertical lines downward from the bottom of her sweater to create her legs. Add horizontal lines for her knee-high socks, and complete the bottom with two simple shoes.
Step 5: Draw the Tiger’s Eyes
To the right of the girl, leave a small space and start drawing the tiger. Draw two expressive, round eyes with inner highlight circles and small curved eyebrows directly above them.
Step 6: Complete the Tiger’s Head
Outline a round snout between the eyes with a small triangular nose and a happy mouth. Add tufts of fluffy fur on both cheeks, round tiger ears on top, and a few curved stripes on the forehead.
Step 7: Draw the Tiger’s Chest and Front Paws
From the bottom of the head, draw two downward lines for the chest. Add two rounded front paws restfully planted on the ground, complete with small lines for the toes.
Step 8: Draw the Back, Rear Legs, Tail, and Tiger Stripes
Draw a curved line extending from the neck over the back down to the rear legs resting on the ground. Add a playful curved tail sticking up behind the tiger, and finish by adding iconic black tiger stripes along its body, legs, and tail.
Step 9: Color the Artwork
Bring your drawing to life with colors! Use pink/peach tones for the girl’s sweater, blond or brown for her hair, and soft tan skin colors. For the tiger, color its body bright orange-yellow with dark black stripes and a pale belly.
