Step 1
Let’s start with the eyes, drawing them as two simple circles. Next, draw the upturned nose in a semicircle.
Step 2
Now draw two eyes as simple dots. Next, draw the nostrils and mouths like in our example.
Step 3
A very difficult step where we will need to draw the contours of the police hat.
Step 4
This step will be much easier, and in that we will need to draw curly hair and an ear.
Step 5
Now let’s move on to the lower part of the head, drawing an open mouth with tongue and teeth.
Step 6
Now we move lower and carefully draw the contours of Chief’s collar and short tie.
Step 7
Now, using smooth lines, carefully draw the contours of the shoulders, abdomen, and arms.
Step 8
Here we will need to draw the contours of the hand. On one side, we draw a donut and the second side is a hot cup of coffee.
Step 9
Quite a difficult step where we will need to draw a belt. On the belt we draw the contours of the holster, handcuffs and baton.
Step 10
Now we draw the contours of the lower body and the trouser leg is slightly tapered.
Step 11
And the final step of this tutorial, in which we draw the contour of Chief Wiggum’s shoes.
