You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below
Step 1
To start drawing your howling wolf, start with the head and neck. Draw a curved line for the head and since your wolf is howling, draw an oblique line for the neck.
Step 2
Draw the wolf’s eyes, nose and ears. For the eyes, draw a small circle. For the nose, draw a curved line at the end of the face. Don’t forget, the right ear should point back when the wolf is howling.
Step 3
Now draw the body and the tail. The bigger the wolf, the deeper the howl, so if you want your wolf to howl deep then make its body bigger! Draw a straight downward curve at the end of the body for the tail.
Step 4
Draw the front legs and belly. Curl the belly line up and leave the bottom open for the hind legs.
Step 5
At the end of the abdomen, draw the hind legs. This leg is more muscular than the front leg, so it will have more curves.
Step 6
Finally, add the finishing touches by drawing the remaining pins. Color your wolf and take it to the forest, and it’s ready to howl!
