Step 1. Draw the roof and walls
Start by drawing a large rectangle to form the walls of the store. Next, attach the thin rectangular roof.
Step 2. Add doors and windows
Now, create the rectangular outline of the store’s doors and windows. Then, draw two more horizontal lines in the middle of the door.
Step 3. Form the porch
First, draw two columns attached to the bottom of the roof. Then, form the rectangle of the porch.
Step 4. Attach signs
Draw a wide, horizontal rectangle to make the sign. Draw small columns at the bottom of the sign to attach above the roof.
Step 5. Draw the Store Logo
Start by forming a rectangular box. Draw a line on the top of the box. Then, write the words “SHOP” next to the drawn box.
Step 6. Complete the shop drawing
Why don’t we add some color to our shop drawings! First, fill in the glass on the doors and windows with a light blue pencil. Next, color the roof as well as the sign frame, windows, and doors with a green pencil. Now, use a cream colored pencil to shade the background of the sign and the walls of the shop. Then use brown to add some shadow to the box and porch leg. Finally, use a dark brown pencil to color in the porch columns and the sign.
