Step 1. Draw one side of the mermaid’s tail.
To complete this simple step, draw a wavy line as shown.
Step 2. Add a mermaid tail.
Now draw an arc on the right side of the previously drawn line.
Step 3. Draw the top outline of the mermaid tail.
Connect the upper ends of the two previously drawn lines with a small arc.
