Jumping Frog Drawing Step by Step

Step 1

Start. Shape the head, and another shape for the body and legs. Draw a square for the foot, then move on to step two.

Step 2

Start sketching the body shape of the frog. Notice the lump at the back of the head, then outline the stomach or lower abdomen.

Step 3

Outline the front stubby arms or legs, followed by the frog’s paws. Note the definition in the frog arm.

Step 4

Continue doing the frog body by completing the torso. Draw the buttocks, as well as the legs extended and the feet straight.

Step 5

Outline the remaining leg, then add the shape of the foot. Outline the inner thighs as well.

Step 6

Finally, outline the frog’s face starting with the eyes. Then draw the mouth line, then outline the lines on the body. Erase the errors until you have a cleaned image for shading.

Step 7

Once all the shadows have been added, you will have a complete drawing of a jumping or jumping frog.
