Please see the drawing tutorial in the video below
You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below
Step 1
Start by sketching the lid of the drink. Draw a long curve to make a half circle. Then, draw an oval near the top of the semicircle.
Step 2
Draw the bottom of the lid. Below each side of the semicircle, draw a wavy line. Connect them with a long, curved line. Draw another long curve above and parallel to the first one, but note that it doesn’t meet the edges of the lid. Then, paint small vertical ovals around the base of the lid.
Step 3
Take the whipped cream to the inside of the lid. Use overlapping curves to create mountain, cloudy structures.
Step 4
Pull out the suction tube from the hole in the cap. Draw two parallel lines and connect them with a curve at each end. Delete as needed. At the top, draw a curve to indicate the straw.
Step 5
Next, draw the cup. Use curves and lengths to draw rectangular sections. Note that each section is narrower than the last, but the middle is the deepest. Draw a large circle through the middle.
Step 6
Start drawing the Starbucks logo. Draw the mermaid’s crown using a series of short curves that meet in points. Notice the pentagram at the center of the crown.
Step 7
Draw the mermaid’s face. Use a series of curves to outline two large missing oval. Then, use curves to create sharp shapes that represent the eyes, nose, and mouth.
Step 8
Draw the mermaid’s body and hair. Use a series of long, curves and let them meet at points near the top of the head. Also pay attention to the hourglass shape of the body and the squares emerging from the sides.
Step 9
Draw curved rectangles along each side of the logo. At the beginning of each series, outline the pointed “Y” shapes representing the mermaid’s double caudal fins.
Step 10
Coloring your animated Starbucks cup. What kind of frappuccino coffee did you order? Pink strawberry, brown mocha, white vanilla chip, or something of your own?
