Velociraptor Drawing easy with this how-to video and step-by-step drawing instructions. How to draw a dinosaur for beginners and everyone.
Please see the drawing tutorial in the video below
You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below
Step 1
Alright, let’s get started. Draw a small circle for the head, and then draw another shape of the body. Join a long neck shape, then draw guide lines for the long arms, legs, and tail.
Step 2
Begin sketching the realistic structure and shape of the raptor’s head, muzzle, and screaming jaws. Make sure to draw in the area where the mouth tissue extends as the mouth opens.
Step 3
You will now begin to carefully pull out each of the sharp teeth in such a raptor’s mouth. Notice how the top row leans slightly inward, remember to draw them out this way. Next, draw the bottom row of teeth, then outline at the tongue, eyeballs, and then all the well-defined parts of the face. Their faces are so detailed or defined that there are almost no bones left. Add some lines around the eyes and then around the top of the mouth line.
Step 4
Start by sketching a dome or hump for the back of the head like this, then draw in the back and front of the neck. Draw the initial lining to form an arm, and then continue moving.
Step 5
Finish sketching the arms, and then sketch the hand or claws of this predator. The front claws look very long and shaped like that and be sure to make the lining slightly uneven to impart the texture of the dinosaur skin. Finally, draw the stomach and some genitals.
Step 6
You are almost done drawing one of the deadliest dinosaurs to ever walk the earth. Start this step by sketching the legs like this, starting at the thighs, then draw the feet. Don’t forget to pull out the large retractable claws it uses to kill its prey.
Step 7
The last step, you just need to draw a long and thick tail that can be swiped back to the head. Once you have drawn the tail, you can sketch all the skin details on the body such as the neck, shoulders, thighs, legs and tail. Erase lines and shapes to clean up the drawing.
Step 8
This is it, you guys are all done. Now you can go ahead and color this dinosaur from the past. I had a lot of fun today guys, and I hope you all do too. Thanks a lot and be sure to get back to reality soon.
