Interesting facts about Peonies
Peonies are soft flowers like those that fall off easily. They are very hardy plants that can grow in cold weather. They grow naturally in Asia, but they are grown all over the world. Peonies grow on bushes 2 to 4 feet tall. The flowers are typically 10 inches around and are pink, white, or deep pink. The leaves on a peony bush are dark green bunches. Peony is a popular and preferred wedding flower for flower arrangements. In the 1200s, the Romans brought the peony plant back to Europe.
