Yuri (Anime Girl) Drawing Step by Step
Step 1
Start by creating a circle for the head and face, then lightly sketch along the face guide.
Step 2
Then you will draw the shape of the lower part of Yuri’s face making sure that her chin is pointed. Once that’s done, draw the angled shapes of the eyelids.
Step 3
Draw the eye or eyeball like that and shape the pupil. Gently add eyebrows as well as wrinkles to the eyelids. Draw both the nose and mouth.
Step 4
Now we can get busy drawing Yuuri’s hairstyle. Do this by first creating such straight bangs. Then finish sculpting her head shape, then draw the length of her hair. Don’t forget to add the headband.
Step 5
Draw more of her hair, then add a ruffled ribbon. Next, create the lining to form the neck, then draw the shoulders as you see here.
Step 6
Now is the time to end it all. You’ll do this by drawing a V shape of the collar, then drawing a schoolgirl tie, which is nearly always part of the traditional Japanese schoolgirl uniform. Add lining for the bodice, then draw in her ears. You can erase mistakes if you make any mistakes.
Step 7
When you’re done, the drawing should look like the one you see here. Now all you have to do is color her to bring her to life.
