Step 1
Draw a properly sized circle for the head/face path then outline in the face guide. Then you will also draw the body contour.
Step 2
Define Rey’s face shape and then draw an initial liner for her hair that is always pulled back. Place some small pieces loosely in motion at the bottom of the face.
Step 3
Draw at Rey’s hairline and some curls that have been pulled back, then paint at her ears.
Step 4
Let’s start on the face. Use the facial guides to draw Rey’s eyes in chibi form or style. Fill in the pupils and then draw long thick lashes. Add wrinkles in the mouth, nose and forehead.
Step 5
Okay, start on the right side and draw Rey’s cape. Add layers to the gown and then draw her chibi arms. Once that is done, draw the pole and add details to it.
Step 6
Add a bandage over her arm and then draw the belt around her waist.
Step 7
For the final drawing step, all you need to do is draw on the pants and all the accompanying details. Don’t forget to draw on shoes or feet. Erase the errors and all instructions when you have finished the drawing.
