Step 1
First, we draw the contours of the head. In this drawing tutorial we decided not to use stickman because we draw in cartoon style.
Step 2
This step will be very easy. Just draw a circle and connect this shape and the neck drawing head. The neck in this picture is a short neck. We can’t see the top of the neck because it’s on the back of the buckle.
Step 3
Ok, now let’s draw the legs and tail. And we have some confusion in this step:
The front legs look bigger than the hind legs;
Each leg has a thin section in the middle and thickened at the edges. Looks like a bone that also has a thin middle section (stamens) and wide edges (appendages);
The tail is very close to the head.
Step 4
We have something that looks like a contour of the dog. And now we will draw facial features to bring the sketch to life. So we draw a nose (looks like an oval), mouth (just normal lines) and eyes.
Step 5
So we add some details to the actions of the previous step. First we draw the pupil. Then separate the face using a curved line. Also in this step you should draw the wings of the nose and eyebrows.
Step 6
Now it’s time to draw the collar. Don’t forget about the bone medal.
Step 7
Let’s draw the details of the feet. Another action of this step is to draw the final contours of the body. And don’t forget to delete the instructions.
Step 8
And we have one final step. In this step we will draw the shadows. Add shadows using the classic hatch.
