Step 1

First we need to draw the head of Armadillo! Starting with a slanting curve, the curve hardly produces eyebrows. Then continue down the line to make the muzzle. Curve up to draw the nose, and then up to some details to make the chin. Add another small line in the middle of the chin to make a mouth.

Step 2

Now you add to Armadillo’s face, eyes and ears! The face plate looks tough, but it’s easy. Just do two curves, starting from the top of its forehead, going down just above the eyebrows you’ve drawn earlier. Then another curve will come down and connect close to its tip. Place a small circle between the lines to make the eyes and two small ovals at the top to make ears.

Step 3

Now draw a big D on the back to make the shoulders and the front of the body of Armadillo. The curved part of your D will connect the top and bottom of the Armadillo head.

Step 4

Next we can put on armored tape that helps Armadillo be protected while turning left and right! It sounds like a lot, but it’s easy! Just draw 8 lines right next to the big D you drew. Then connect the top and bottom lines with slightly bumpy lines.

Step 5

Draw the back of the Armadillo. Simply create a large curve starting from the last armored strip that you drew on its back, and bend down and around to connect with the armored strip on its belly.

Step 6

Now draw small hands, so that Armadillo can pick up things and dig. Tiny hands also have small claws, so don’t take them off!

Step 7

Drawing feet is easy. Just create a stretched sock shape, right behind the strips you drew earlier. The end of the socks should also have some claws on it.

Step 8

The next leg should be the same, but only draw a little in front of the one you drew.

Step 9

Finally you draw the tail! Just two curves extending from his back, and meeting at a point. Armadillo has stripes on its tail, so just add some lines to make them. Too fast for Armadillo.
