Step 1. First sketch the wall
First, draw the L-shaped outline of the fire station building.
Step 2. Draw the roof and beams
Now, draw rectangular strips that protrude slightly outward to form the building’s roof and beams. Be sure to remove any parts of the wall that may overlap.
Step 3. Create a fire station sign
Next write the words “Fire Station”. Then, create the outline of the sign mounted on the roof.
Step 4. Add Windows
Draw the rectangular outlines of the windows. Then add a thin horizontal rectangle at the bottom of the window to create the window sill.
Step 5. Draw the fire truck body
Draw a rectangular outline of the fire truck.
Step 6. Attach the tire
Draw two U-shaped lines below the truck’s body to add the tires.
Step 7. Add details to the front of the truck
First, draw two circles for headlights. Next, draw a rectangle on the top of the truck to form the windshield. Then, draw three stacked rectangles in the middle of the headlights to draw the grille.
Step 8. Form a parking space
Add three parking spaces in the garage for fire trucks. Start by drawing the rectangular outline of the garage door. Then add horizontal lines as shown.
Step 9. Complete the fire station drawing
Let’s color our fire station drawing! First, color the windows and windshield of the fire truck with a light blue pencil. Next, color in the closed garage doors, window sills, truck grille, and the main part of the sign with white pencil. Now, color in the roof, beams, headlights, and outline of the garage door with a yellow pen. Then, fill the fire truck’s tires with a black pencil. Finally, use a red pencil to paint the walls of the fire truck building, the body of the fire truck, and the outline of the sign.
