Step 1. Draw a sketch
Use a pencil to briefly sketch the bird’s shape so you can draw it more accurately later.
Step 2. Draw the beak
First, draw the bird’s beak as a small, pointed triangle as shown.
Step 3. Draw the bird’s belly
Next, use short consecutive lines close together to symbolize the bird’s feathers.
Step 4. Draw the head
Continue drawing the bird’s head, adding some details on the neck and head for the folds of feathers.
Step 5. Draw Fantail Bird’s eyes
On the head, determine where to draw a small circle for the eye and fill it black, leaving a small space for the reflection of light from the eye.
Step 6. Draw the wings
Next, draw the bird’s wings. They have pointed wing tips and feathers that overlap each other to form a pointed triangle.
Step 7. Draw the tail
