Step 1
Start your drawing by sketching the head and body, drawing 2 ovals, a small one for the head and a large one for the body. Mark a line on top of the oval drawn for the head to define the centerline of the head and muzzle.
Step 2
Draw a simple little curve from the top of the head to the oval and then from the bottom of the oval to the front of the body, this will depict your bear’s neck.
Step 3
Mark a line for the eyes and mouth along the center line of the head, also draw a line for the front and hind limbs. Below these lines describe the feet.
Step 4
Give the right shape to the muzzle and draw the legs by defining them with another set of lines.
Step 5
Draw 2 ears on top of the head and outline of the lower jaw below the muzzle. Also complete the nails using small deep curves, drawing a tail at the end of the body.
Step 6
Finish the ear with the line drawn inside the other ear and draw 2 small round eyes, a nose and a curved line for the mouth.
Step 7
Add more details to it by paying attention to the whole body, using your observation as a skill.
Step 8
Draw small lines depicting body hairs.
Step 9
Erase all the contours and create the hairs as a contour, your furry bear is ready.
