Today’s tutorial will teach you how to draw Dora the Explorer– a children’s icon. Dora and her monkey friend Boots have been on TV regularly since the early 2000s, and popularity is still booming. Luckily, if you’ve ever wanted to draw Dora, she’s very easy.
Like drawing most cartoons, Dora is just a set of simple shapes mixed together. Instead of doing one of my longer tutorials for this one, I have a couple of video tutorials for you. The first video comes from YouTube user sketchstarr13 and is just an overview of how Dora’s head is drawn. This video is less than a minute long but shows you a simple way to do it.
