Part 1
To be confident and perfect, you need to use a 2B pencil to draw character sketches. Including the following steps:
Step 1
Make the shape of the head following the shoulders. Sketch in the face guide then proceed to step two.
Step 2
Use the guidelines to outline the shape of the face, then draw in the curls that fall down to the sides of the face. Small parts of curly hair should also be painted.
Step 3
Draw the eye shape, and then sketch in the thick eyebrows. Outline Jon’s nose and then add wrinkles under the eyes as well as on the forehead.
Step 4
Finish painting Jon’s face by sketching the lips and the shape of the mouth. After that, you will start adding hair around your face like mustache and beard. The lining for facial hair should be good and close together.
Step 5
Outlines in the rest of Jon’s curly hair are also rough. Take your time when you do this because his hair is very full and wavy at the same time.
Step 6
You will draw one side of the fur collar from the large cape he wears. Add details to make the fur look puffy as it should be.
Step 7
Sketch the other side of the fur collar, then add details for it the same way you did on the left.
Step 8
Finish Jon Snow by sketching the shape of his neck, then drawing on the collar around his neck. More details and designs for the collar, chest and neck. Delete the mistakes too before you go.
