Step 1
Let’s go ahead and do some tutorials and shapes to create a workable framework for Grookey.
Step 2
You’ll begin by defining the shape of Grookey’s face, and in that shape you can draw a snout where you’ll add the nostrils and mouth.
Step 3
You can now use the face guides to draw the shape of the eyes. Including eyeball and pupil.
Step 4
Grookey is coming very well. Now you will draw the ears and lining around the eyes to form a mask like the look.
Step 5
Next, we will continue to study Grookey’s head. Do this by drawing two leaf-like shapes at the top of the head along with a stick or twig-like shape in between them. When finished, you can draw more faces to complete the face.
Step 6
Now, Grookey’s face is done. We can work on the body. Start with the front leg or limb and then draw the little hands. Also draw the chest and some belly as well.
Step 7
Finally, draw the rear end of the body, this should be the posterior arch, then the hind legs and feet. Don’t forget the tail too. Erase the errors and all instructions to clean the drawing.
Step 8
When you’re done, the line art should look like the drawing you see here. All you have to do now is color Grookey in.
