Bamboo Drawing Step by Step
Step 1. Draw the First Bamboo Nodes
Start by drawing the first bamboo. Use a pair of curves to draw each segment of the bamboo. Notice how the lines converge in the middle and diverge at the joints. Draw short curves through each joint to form the nodes, which are characteristic of bamboo.
Step 2. Draw more bamboo nodes
Draw another segment above the first bamboo using two curves. Draw a short curve at the top.
Step 3. Draw the first bamboo leaves
Draw the leaves of the first bamboo, for each leaf, extend a pair of curves from the bamboo and have them meet at a point.
Step 4. Draw the second bamboo
Draw more bamboo segments for the second bamboo, using two curves for each segment. Draw short curves through the joints between the segments.
Step 5. Add leaves to the second bamboo
Similarly, draw more leaves for the second bamboo.
Step 6. Draw the 3rd Bamboo
Similarly draw the 3rd bamboo, do as steps 1, 2, 3 to draw the joints of the bamboo, then draw the leaves.
Step 7. Draw more trees
Similarly draw a large bamboo on the left of the bamboo clump and a smaller bamboo hidden behind in the middle of the bamboo clump. Bamboo grows in clumps (clumps) and they grow from bamboo shoots.
Step 8. Color
Color your cartoon bamboo. They are usually light green or tan.
