Step 1
Okay as you can see this tutorial will put you in the right direction when it comes to drawing Alucard. You will first draw a small circle for his head and then add guides on his face as well as guides for his hat. Next, draw the shape of his torso with a total of three sharp corners. You will then add a smaller circle for his pelvis and then add the long limb guides as shown.
Step 2
Okay so far so good right? Now you will start this step by drawing out the structure of his face, then add the eyes and the hair. Next, start sketching the lining of the long coat like the jacket seen and then the long bow. Once that’s done, you can start sketching the starting steps of his crotch and pants or legs. Finally, you will add the shape of his jacket at the bottom and then his boots.
Step 3
Now that you’ve completed steps one and two, you’re ready to go on to steps three and four. But let’s start by tackling this step first. Now Alucard’s coat is very long, loose and wide. So what you’ll have to do here is start outlining the shoulder shape of his loose looking jacket. Make sure your lining for his jacket has creases and folds as shown to you here. Next, after you’ve taken care of his entire coat, you’ll begin to outline his face more, starting with the shape of his lifeless eyes and devilish smile. Add the knot of his tie and then the bottom lining of the felt coat he’s wearing underneath his big red cape. Then you will start shaping the shapes of his legs and then move on.
Step 4
Now that you’ve made it to the fourth step, you’ll now begin to outline his sharp looking red hat. Once you’re done, you can further outline his hair and then create his nose. Detail his tie as shown and then add some buttons on his jacket. Then you will draw the shape of his long arm and hand. At the bottom, you’ll also start outlining the shape of his boots and make sure they’re cuffed at the top.
Step 5
Finally, you’ve made it to step five, which means you’re really done. All you will do in this step is add some last minute details. You’ll start by sketching the rest of the hat and then define and detail it with some simple lines. Add strands to his greasy looking hair and then detail his gloves and fists as shown. You will then outline all the creases and folds on the bottom of the cape like his jacket. Erase all visible guides and shapes that you drew in step one and move on to the last step.
Step 6
