You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

Step 1

Start this first step by drawing the head, muzzle, neck, torso, and end. The two body shapes must be connected and the muzzle must be square.

Step 2

Now that you have drawn the shapes and paths, we can start working on the body starting from scratch. Start by outlining the horse’s forehead and muzzle. Next, line the bottom lip and mouth as well as the rounded jawline. Finish this step by drawing the ears and move on to step three.

Step 3

This is one of my favorite steps because this is where you’ll draw beautiful flowing manes. Start with bangs, and remember to curl them to the side of your face. Once done, continue sketching the mane down to the nape of the neck in a nice full pattern. The hair should be in bunches like this, and you should also sketch out some details for each strand to create texture. Draw eyes and color in eyeballs. Outline the arch of the nostrils, as well as define the muscles on the muzzle and neck.

Step 4

Now that the head and face are drawn, you can continue your feat by drawing the front part of the neck, followed by the chest, shoulders, and front legs. Nails should also be neatly outlined. Shoulder scratches should also be drawn.

Step 5

Here is a quick step that shows you how to draw a horseshoe. Start with a diamond shape for the path, then draw a short path path. Draw the sides of the shin or ankle, then follow the actual hooves.

Step 6

Here are some different examples of horseshoes. The first image on the left is an example of a side view, the second is a side view of the horse as it stands, and the other two are an example from the rear view.

Step 7

Continue with the torso by drawing the front leg and the remaining nail. Outline the detail and move on to step eight.

Step 8

Follow the line down the back and draw a curved butt. Incorporate such thigh and shin shapes, as well as toenail shapes.

Step 9

As you can see, you are almost done with this white horse. Draw the chest and abdomen, as well as the other necks and hind legs. You will then outline in detail the entire body and such muscles, then move on to the tenth step.

Step 10

And finally, draw the long flowing tail, which should have a few curls on the tail and sides. Sketch the contours and then clean your horse to perfection.

Step 11

Look how great your horse looks when you’re done. If you want to turn your horse into a black stallion, all you have to do is color it with black. If not, color your stallion white.
