Step 1. Draw the flagpole
Draw the flagpole by creating a long thin rectangle.
Step 2. Sketch the flag
Outline the pirate flag by drawing a wavy rectangle. Add the tattered fabric of the flag by creating jagged shapes at the edges.
Step 3. Add the flag tie
Add the tying part of the pirate flag by drawing horizontal lines. Then, draw an oval with a pointed end.
Step 4. Create the skull
Create the skull by creating an oval with three bumps at the bottom. Add the eye sockets and the hollow of the nose by drawing two circles and a triangle.
