Fish Tank Drawing Step by Step

Sketch the Tank Shape: Start by drawing the basic shape of the fish tank. You can make it rectangular, square, or any other shape you prefer. Use your pencil lightly, as you might need to make adjustments later.
Add the Water Line: Draw a horizontal line near the top of the tank to represent the water’s surface. This line should follow the shape of the tank.
Draw the Tank Base: Draw another horizontal line near the bottom of the tank to represent the tank’s base or the substrate. Ensure it is parallel to the water line.
Create the Glass Frame: Draw vertical and horizontal lines inside the tank to create the frame. These lines should intersect at the corners of the tank. The frame adds depth to the tank and makes it look more realistic.
Add the Water: Draw wavy lines below the waterline to represent the water’s surface. Make the lines irregular to give the water a natural look.
Draw the Fish: Sketch your fish within the tank. You can draw one or multiple fish of different sizes and shapes. Add details like fins, scales, and eyes to make them look realistic. Don’t forget to include some plants or decorations if you like.
