Step 1. Start drawing the gift

Start by drawing rectangular boxes for birthday gifts. Add some fun patterns on the box like circles or stripes.

Step 2. Draw the cream layer

Next, draw an oval with wavy lines to begin creating the icing for the birthday cake.

Step 3. Next birthday cake design

Form the cylindrical shape of the birthday cake. Add two wavy lines. Then, draw a thin oval at the bottom to make the cake plate.

Step 4. Attach birthday candles

Attach four tall birthday candles to the top of the cake.
