Step 1
First we draw the tip of the penny with short hair and big eyes.
Step 2
Next, draw the body part with small hands spread out on both sides, The legs are spread out on both sides with big shoes. ( Notice the body part is smaller than the head ).
Step 3
Paint the penny as in cartoon.
