Please see the drawing tutorial in the video below

You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

Step 1

Start off by sketching Shadow’s face. Use the curves to form ears and connect them with a curve. Detail the inside of the near ear by drawing a triangle inside it. Then, sketch out the unusual teardrop patterns of the eyes. Detail the eyebrows by drawing parallel curves with the eyes. Attach another teardrop shape to form the nose.

Step 2

Elongate a curve from below the eye contour. Draw another one below the nose. Under the head, draw an inverted triangle using a series of short curves that meet at jagged points. This forms the bristles on Shadow’s check. Use curves that meet at a sharp point to draw Shadow’s first brush.

Step 3

Stretch a pair of curves to form shoulders and arms. Elongate another pair to form the sides of the torso and legs. Complete the pins using an inverted “U” shaped line.

Step 4

Sketch silhouette of running shoes. Use the curves to surround its three main parts: the tongue, the sole, and a strip between them. Then, use curves detailing the layers of the shoe and add sections on each side, just below the laces.

Step 5

Sketch Shadow’s other shoe. Use curves to surround the tongue, laces, shoelaces, and sole. Then, detail the shoe with additional curves.

Step 6

Draw Shadow’s arms and hands. Use the curves to surround the arm, wrist strap, glove cuff, and fingers.

Step 7

Draw Shadow’s other hand. Attach irregular circular shapes to represent individual fingers. Use the curves to outline the palm and the back of the hand.

Step 8

Draw a brush that extends from the top and back of the Shadow. Use long and curved lines that meet at jagged points.

Step 9

Detail of the face and head of the Shadow. In each eye, draw a series of three consecutive smaller ovals to represent the iris and pupil. Use curves to outline the drooping mouth. Draw a pair of curves on top of the head and over the largest brush.

Step 10

Color shade. He is usually black with red, orange, white and yellow markings.
