Step 1
Start off by sketching Natsu’s face. Outline the chin with a long, curved line, noting the gentle center point. Draw curls on each side of the face using pairs of long and curved lines that meet at points pointing downwards.
Step 2
First, draw Natsu’s ear. Use a curve for outlines and additional short lines to point out details. After that, continue drawing Natsu’s pointed hair. Use pairs of curves of different lengths. Draw locks on the back of the head and rise from the forehead. Central locking structure by a few short lines.
Step 3
Continue to draw triangular thorns in Natsu’s hair. Each texture with an additional line runs its length.
Step 4
Continue to draw triangular spikes in Natsu’s hair until it forms a circle around his head. Detail some locks with an additional line in the middle. Paint anywhere the hair looks thin.
Step 5
Draw Natsu’s scarf. Sketch the shape using a series of curves. Then draw curves down the middle to indicate the creases in the fabric.
Step 6
Draw the body. Line the shoulders and upper arms with a curved line. Define your muscles with a few short lines. Draw additional curves – one to indicate the front of the garment, and another to open the sleeve. Draw a horizontal line to define the chest muscles.
Step 7
Detail the scarf by tying the strip with wavy lines. Use the curves to outline the tattoo on Natsu’s shoulder. This is his association trademark.
Step 8
Drawing Natsu’s classic anime eyes. Draw bold “L”-shaped lines for the top of the eye. Draw the lower part of the eye and contour the brow using short lines. For each pupil, draw an oval in an oval and shade between them.
Step 9
Use the long curves to outline Natsu’s smirk. Draw short lines at each end of the mouth to indicate the presence of teeth. Use additional short lines to indicate the nose and chin.
Step 10
