Step 1
Let’s draw a coyote! Now for the beginning, starting from the back, track a semi-circular make it slightly pointed at the end, then trace a small line to connect it to the neck. Add a circle to the nose for the nose and a line to the mouth. Draw the eye in the shape of one half of the moon, and two triangles at the top of the head for the ear.
Step 2
Redraw by tracing a simple line on the page.
Step 3
Track the tail by going down the page but repeating it so that it connects to the back.
Step 4
Draw the hind leg by tracing two thick starting lines at the top but thinner at the bottom for a thin leg.
Step 5
Keep track of the second leg, ensuring that most of it remains hidden. Here is a tip: just draw the skinny part! From the hind limb, follow a small path passing through the body.
Step 6
From there, follow two paths for the front leg. Here is a tip: This foot is all skinny down!
Step 7
Draw the front leg by tracing along the first side – this is almost completely hidden! From there, add a small line up, for the neck. You’ve got a coyote! You can add color to the coyote.
