You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

Step 1:

To start, draw the trunk of the tree. Draw an upward straight line with a very small gap towards the bottom. Draw another line a few spaces away from your last line with a small space near the middle and a larger line right above it.

Step 2:

Now draw the roots. Draw a few small wavy lines out in all directions from the bottom.

Step 3:

Next, draw the branches of the tree. From the small space you left on the left side of the trunk, draw two diagonal lines slightly apart. Draw two lines slightly apart from the small gap you left on the right side of the trunk but make them straight out. From the space just above it, draw two equally spaced oblique lines to the right. At the top right of the trunk, draw two equally spaced lines going straight up. On the left side of the trunk, draw a slightly diagonal line and then another that connects to the end of the last line you drew. Draw a small “V” in the middle at the top of the two diagonal lines you just drew.

Step 4:

Then draw the outline of the leaves. Draw small humps in a circle around the bottom of your branches. Make it as tall as you want.

Step 5:

Finish by drawing the leaves. Across the entire outline of your tree, draw a small line with three slanted ovals going up one side and three more slanting ovals on the other side.
