Step 1
Draw a 3D rectangle but delete the top square
Step 2
Inside the rectangle, draw a smaller rectangle on both sides. Above the smaller rectangles, draw a thin but long rectangle. Then, on top of that, draw a rectangle that’s a bit shorter and a bit skinny. Then draw a line down the middle of the left smaller rectangle. Once you’re done, draw small curved lines at the bottom of the shape and connect them with a straight line.
Step 3
Draw a line down the middle of the smaller rectangle on the right hand side. Out of the 2 rectangles you just created, create one that is slightly smaller than the 2 rectangles. After doing so, you will draw 4 cells on each side of the rectangle on the left hand side. The top box on each side should be slightly flatter than the others. Now draw a 3rd rectangle on top of the shape. On top of the shape you just created, in the middle of the row of boxes on the right, draw a light. The lamp is a cylinder with 2 cones on top. There should be an oval with a horizontal line in the middle.
Step 4
In this step you will draw handles on the doors on the right. Draw a circle slightly lower than the right handle. You will draw boxes to the right of the shape, again, the top box is slightly larger. In slightly larger boxes, you would outline it and divide them into 6 equal parts to form windows. In the box above the window, you will write POLICE BOX in bubble letters. In the middle of the POLICE and BOX there is the words PUBLIC CALLS. In the box below the window to the left, draw 2 vertical lines that divide the box into 3 parts. The middle must be the largest.
Step 5
This section focuses only on the box you made in step 4. In the middle box, write “POLICE PHONE” “FREE” “FOR USED” “Public” (if you can fit in this section) ) “CONSULTATION AND SUPPORT” “MAY IMMEDIATELY “EMPLOYEE & VEHICLE” “ANSWER ALL CALLS” (write the rest) “Pull TO OPEN”
Step 6
This step focuses on the shadow of the right side. The bottom-center line must be darkened, and the top-right conner of each small box must be dark. There should be some bright spots in the small boxes. The horizontal areas of the space between the small boxes will be dark, but not as dark as the rest of the side. Shade the vertical spaces of the areas between the small boxes. Darken the area around the section that says POLICE BOXES. The top 2 boxes at the top of the figure should be shaded on the sides and light in the center. Line the door to the left of the TARDIS and below the box it says POSITION BOX on the left hand side.
Step 7
Now you are adding the shadow on the left hand side. Darken the box that says POLICE BOX. Darken the top left part of the TARDIS top box. Darken the left and top of the boxes on the doors. Also darken the bars at the bottom on both sides. Make the light on the top of the TARDIS look round.
Step 8
