Step 1
To start Lugia, first draw a large egg shape, which will be the center of his body.
Step 2
Now we need to draw his head and neck extending away from his body, to form an almost ax-like shape.
Step 3
Draw the two large wings of Lugia getting wider and wider as they point outward.
Step 4
Draw the outline of Lugia’s legs just slightly shorter than the length of her wings.
Step 5
Draw Lugia’s tail just enough to show from the back of his legs.
Step 6
To create Lugia’s face, draw a thin triangle extending backwards from his head, with a small space in the middle for his eyes.
Step 7
Give Lugia five feathers at the end of each of its wings. These feathers actually look more like fingers than feathers.
Step 8
Draw about five spikes running down Lugia’s back and two at the tip of his tail. Draw two lines on each of his feet to form his toes.
Step 9
By now Lugia was almost finished. All that’s left to do is draw a big circle on his belly and give him a few teeth.
